A large and well known hotel in Eastbourne has been successfully rejuvenated and converted into a truly luxurious “aparthotel”, using Isocheck 24T acoustic flooring by Isomass.
The developer’s brief was to meet Approved Document E requirements, without compromise to finishes; in this case, marble floors throughout. In conjunction with Isomass’ technical team, separating (party) floor & ceiling designs were created with a view to comfortably exceeding sound testing standards. This was duly achieved and has led to the developer also using Isocheck 24T on phase two of the project.
